Helpful Tips

Cleansing looks different on everyone! Everyone's own needs during this time are so unique! But these overall helpful tips and tricks are applicable to all. Here's some tools that may help you during our "9 Day Gut Cleanse".


  • Cleansing with a friend, spouse, roommate, or family member makes it SO much easier.

  • The first 1-3 days are the hardest. Try to make time to rest and relax during these few days. Listen to your body, allow what's needed.

  • It is 100% mind over matter, you are so beyond capable of doing anything you put your mind to. Truly just make it past day 3 and everything will be uphill from there with more energy and grace!

  • Taking before and after photos of your face and body is so amazing to see your inflammation float away and a glow in your face come to life.

  • Keeping a log in a lil journal or section in your notes on your phone that tracks how many shakes you've had (and even how many bowel movements to see how much is being released) is very helpful to track your shakes to make sure to get 6 in each day!

  • The easiest way to get all 6 shakes in each day is to drink them like so ~ Wake up, Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner ~ You can even set a timer for roughly every 2.5 hours.

  • Having your last shake at least an hour before bed is going to be very helpful for optimal rest.

  • Bring your cleanse powder, 12oz jar, and apple juice with you wherever you go! When you go to work, run errands, workout, hangout at the river, and hangout with friends. Cleanses on the go is super easy and super important to make sure you don't miss any cleanses throughout the day and you have access to make a shake when your body is telling you you need one!

  • If you're choosing to incorporate bone broth wait about 30 minutes after your cleanse shake to have a cup of bone broth. If you're not a fan of bone brother vegan/vegetarian but want something nourishing and warm you can replace with organic miso!

  • Staying hydrated throughout the day, besides the cup of water directly after the shake, is very important to keep things flowing and minimize headaches and stomach discomfort as much as possible! REMEMBER NO CITRUS IN YOUR WATER.

  • Light movements through your day is also very important. Stretching, walks, light exercises are very beneficial to the cleansing process. Working out full on is best after the first 3 days once your body is acclimated, But as always know your limits with working out while cleansing, take care of yourself!

  • Massaging your body in general, even with lymphatic drainage and fascia release during the cleansing period is very beneficial and aids to the cleansing process and feels amazing!

  • Have a daily mid-day check in with yourself and take a couple minutes to be still, breathe, and feel the cleanse doing its job.
